Germany, as a core hub of the European semiconductor industry, gathers world-leading manufacturing capabilities in automotive chips, industrial sensing, optical communications, and MEMS sensors. The country applies European Union standards for wafer substrate requirements, including material purity, surface microstructure, thermomechanical compatibility, and batch-to-batch consistency. PlutoSemi’s product specifications have successfully passed customer production line certification, securing a stable annual procurement volume of hundreds of thousands of wafers, with continuous production scheduling and delivery.

Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities Supporting High-End Semiconductor Applications

As one of the few manufacturers in South China capable of simultaneously completing fully customized silicon wafer and glass wafer processes, PlutoSemi relies on its own 4,000-square-meter production facility to build Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanroom environments.

The company strictly controls temperature and humidity within ±0.5℃, air pressure differences, and dust particles to meet the mirror polishing, micro-processing cleanliness, and precision manufacturing requirements of optical glass wafers, ultra-thin silicon wafers, and TGV through-hole substrates.
